# Username Purchase Terms

## General Information

Certain one and two character usernames are available for purchase on Jeti during Early Access. Prices are subject to change, so make sure to pay attention to your purchase price during checkout. Accounts that purchase usernames are still bound by the [Jeti Terms of Service](/policies-and-legal/terms.md) and [Jeti Community Guidelines.](/policies-and-legal/community-guidelines.md)

Accounts with purchased usernames will be treated as a normal account on Jeti. If an account with a purchased username violates the [Jeti Terms of Service](/policies-and-legal/terms.md) of [Jeti Community Guidelines](/policies-and-legal/community-guidelines.md), the account will be suspended and the username will be invalidated.

## Refunds, Disputes, and Fraud

If an account with a purchased username submits a payment fraudulently, the account will be suspended and the username will be invalidated. Refunds are not accepted.

One and two character usernames that are claimed fraudulently will be invalidated and the account will be suspended.
