# What is Following?

Following a user adds every non-anonymous post they make to the *Following* feed, which can be accessed at the top of the screen. Only posts made by users that you follow will show up in this feed. The reverse is also true, people that follow you will see any of your non-anonymous posts in their *Following* feed.
