Verified Accounts

On Jeti, account verification is used to eliminate confusion about the identity of a particular public figure, brand, or celebrity. Once an account is verified, you can be sure that the account's identity is authentic.
A verified badgewill appear next to the verified account's name everywhere on Jeti. Verified badges do not imply an endorsement by Jeti.
Only accounts with a high likelihood of being impersonated are made verified on Jeti. Because of this, only some public figures, brands, or celebrities have a verified badge.
If your account is eligible, you may have already received a notice from Jeti about becoming verified. If not, you may apply if you meet the following criteria:
Your account must be active for at least 90 days, have a complete profile (including a profile picture, name, and bio), and have at least one post.
If any post or profile content is observed as violating our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any of the potential reasons for verification removal, your application will be rejected.
Your account must represent an authentic and highly searched for entity, such as a well-known brand or person. Each entity is allowed one verified account per language.
If your account meets the above criteria, you may submit an application here. Applications that do not provide valid documentation will be rejected.
Personal accounts must provide government-issued identification that corresponds to the identity of the account they wish to verify. If using an alias, follow-up documentation may be requested. Unless otherwise stated, your profile picture must prominently display the face of the individual on the provided photo identification.
Organizations must provide documentation that proves their ownership or management of a legal business entity, such as an Articles of Incorporation. The account profile picture must display the logo, or a variation of the logo, of the organization requesting verification.
Jeti reserves the right to remove the verified status of a user at any time. This may happen without notice, and previously verified accounts may not be eligible for re-verification.
